I want a peel and stick product to hide and hold together an area of
gelcoat that has a history of flaking off.  Kiwigrip would not work here
because it will flake off with the gelcoat

This is a strange issue.  Gelcoat on epoxy.  Trust me on this one, a Raptor
Deck product is the solution.  Got in touch with them.  Product is on the
way.
