Thank you for your input.   In the end I ordered the Isotherm SPA 25 as it 
allowed for more installation options.    I have had it in hand for a few days 
now, and I am liking the idea of installing the unit under the port q-berth as 
you have it.  The more I think about it, the more I am convinced that under the 
q-berth is an ideal location.
