Thanks Francois. Power draw is also a concern. The 4.4A rated amp draw for the Par-Max 2.9 makes it desirable. I was concerned with flow rate proving enough pressure for the head/shower and galley. But to be honest, I don’t expect the shower and the galley faucets will be used simultaneously.
So I just looked online regarding shower flow rates. It turns out that the Federal Energy Policy Act of 1992 required all faucet and shower fixtures made for the USA to have a flow rate of no more than 2.2 GPM at 60 PSI. So I guess that the 2.9 should provide a home-like shower stream. - Paul E. 1981 C&C 38 Landfall S/V Johanna Rose Carrabelle, FL > On Oct 7, 2015, at 9:48 AM, Jean-Francois J Rivard <jfriv...@us.ibm.com> > wrote: > > Hi Paul, > > Between the two I'd go with the 2.9 based on the combination of flow / PSI / > Amps.
