Bruno:
This C&C 37 is at the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron in Halifax,
N.S. It it moored approx. 300 feet from my boat.
Don't know the owner and have never boarded the boat but from what I can
see and determine, this boat is in fine condition and well equipped.
The boat has been lightly used for the past number of years.....whoever
owns it maintains it but doesn't sail it much. Might explain why it is
for sale.
My opinion.....nice boat for a reasonable price!
