yes he did.  the surveyor found the wet area in florida before coming back to 
virginia. damage must have gotten worse than originally thought. he was to 
reduce price by amount of repair. or even repair before putting back on market 
again.   but....rest is history.
very well equipped boat..but unknown wet core hurts value.
