I guess that Ebay doesn't care if bidders are subjected to blatant fraud by its sellers. The listing was taken down for at least a couple of days, but I see that you are correct, it is back up again. I tried using the "Report an item" button, but you are only allowed to pick choices from menus, and a fraudulent item description is not one of them. So I selected one and entered it anyway. If enough of us pile on, there may be an automated response that will suspend the listing again. I feel sorry for anyone who buys that boat who is unaware of it's true history.
