I guess that Ebay doesn't care if bidders are subjected to blatant fraud by its
sellers.
The listing was taken down for at least a couple of days, but I see that you
are correct, it is back up again.
I tried using the "Report an item" button, but you are only allowed to pick
choices from menus, and a fraudulent item description is not one of them.
So I selected one and entered it anyway.
If enough of us pile on, there may be an automated response that will suspend
the listing again.
I feel sorry for anyone who buys that boat who is unaware of it's true history.

He's up over $12,300 and ending in 3 hours. I think the only thing he did
was take the "clean title" statement out of the ad.

It also has the u-shaped galley and it looks like it has the shower that's
separate from the head. Nice layout!

Interesting to note that there are no photos of the head; isn’t that where
the stanchion was poked through the deck? I also notice that the face of the
storage above the settees in the saloon is the usual light laminate trimmed
with teak on the port side; to starboard, it’s teak veneer. And the exterior
photo of the starboard quarter may show some signs of the repair to the toerail
area, although it’s hard to tell. In fact, it looks like the whole teak
toerail has been painted white!
