On Pegasus I am running a 30 micron in the racor 500 and have a 2 micron
spin-on with sediment bowl racor. Rarely do I see water in either filter.

While we're discussing fuel filters, I recently read a blurb under a filter
element description for Racor turbine type filters recommending 30 micron for
water separation/primary filtration, 10 micron for primary without water
separation and 2 micron for secondary filtration.
Based on that, I have switched from 10 to 30 micron elements in my Racor 500MA.
However, I have not been able to find that guidance anywhere on the Racor site.
