So here is a question for the electrical engineers regarding ABYC specs and wire gauges
If I have a 25watt bulb at the top of my mast and I want to follow the <3% voltage drop rule I need to allow for 140' of run so about a 6 gauge wire. That is huge. My question is have I misinterpreted the tables? Also, what influence does the ground (return wire) gauge on this stuff have? Alexander M.
