Additional note to crew: pack a body bag and extra ice, just in case. I have had conversations with delivery crew on this topic. Deliveries to the US West Coast from Hawaii can take 15 to 30 days. If a boat is ½ way back and a crew dies the issue of what to do with the body and how much paperwork needs to be done has come up. Fortunately I have not had to answer those questions.
