Reading back my email I realize it sounds pretty harsh, I rushed it and really didn't intend to badmouth him. Rob came very highly recommended and was courteous, people get busy, things happen. Last time I asked this question everyone recommended him, I was inelegantly trying not to get the same answer this time.
