I recently bought a whisker pole on Craigslist and saw a number of spinnaker poles at the same time. If you use SearchTempest you can search the whole country at once. I have found that there seem to be spikes in availability of poles. At some times you find none and then other times lots. I would be patient and keep searching. Dave
