I bought rough Sawn teak from a guy on Craiglist for a couple hundred bucks. Enough to make two sets as it turned out. I made my own with a jig saw, router table and used the the old hand rails as templates. Had them done in a day and took over a week at one coat of finish a day for 8 days. I used epiphanies. They really came out nice!
