Hi Rich, Things are evolving with respect to the City of Kingston reaching out to help the Marine Museum, even if the city does not directly acquire the land. However, that motion has to go before Council on the 27th, I believe. This link to TV coverage explains some of that, for those who are interested in the future of the Museum. See ( http://www.ckwstv.com/2015/01/23/city-floats-new-plan-to-help-marine-museum/).
For those who have taken an active part in supporting the Marine Museum, many thanks. By the way, the Museum has noticed a sharp up-tick in the number of requests for drawings!
