Better pics. Seems well maintained. Price depends on how fast you want to sell. $40-80k seems about right. You're really gonna have to capitalize on the C&C pedigree if you want to maximize price. There are 5 year old Beneteaus coming back from charter service that are going for $80k. So you have to make an argument for what makes a C&C so great and worth it.
