Stay-set is fine for me except for halyards. Particularly headsail and
main. I do have stay-set for my spin halyard. It is increadible to feel
the two side by side. The stay-set is SSOOO stretchy compared to the
crystalline.

The sheaves are a v-groove and designed for either. I was warned that
while they will work fine they will also "box" the jacket. They also need
to be inspected to make sure the cable didn't chew them up any before
switching to rope.
