We are purchasing a good sized motorboat and considering selling our beloved
C&C. We bought a cottage on Cayuga Lake a year ago and discovered the
"dockable" water depth would not comfortably support the 6.5 foot draft.
Leading us to decide how to cure the conflicting interests of my age and
infirmities, the allure of the cottage and the choice of three boats to use.

So my expert friends, tell me what the market is.

1982 C&C37

The good parts of it-

Repowered with a great Beta (Kubota) 25 two winters ago. Dutch Creek in
Branford CT did the $26K installation. Probably 150 hours

New UK mainsail with the slider system for the mast. Unused still in the
wrapper. Cost around $4800 this spring

New marine head in the last year.

The bad parts of it-

Needs a paint job.

Bimini and dodger are pretty marginal.

No exciting electronics

Everything else is pretty normal for the age. I suspect the market improves
early spring so we can easily wait.

Thanks

Bob
