Yeah, Nelson's dockyard is a great idea Fred.
Especially as I was a Brit before I became civilized 

I've never sailed a Dufour, so 2nd best is OK too. 
I've chartered C&C 115's out of Sidney, Vancouver Island before, but I've never seen a C&C for charter anywhere else.
