I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully its in good shape. Not expecting I'd want to try and change it out my first time while its in the water! But a quick haul is not that bad.
And I've wondered about the thru hull valves - exercised them all back and forth a few times. They 'seem' OK, and the hoses appear OK as well. I expect the hoses and thru hulls will get replaced over the next few years (hopefully I won't regret waiting!)
