I've been spoiled for the last 10 years by docking bow in and stepping off onto a floating dock. This season I'm moving to a slip with outer and midslip pilings and the tiniest finger pier and expensive boats on either side. I have to back in and have a lot of additional fenders ready just for the docking maneuver. I'll probably be fine unless someone is recording it for YouTube.
