Stu, A little below the waterline, the whole is cored. There are two lengthwise stringers, one about ½ way up the topsides and another just below the hull/deck joint. Also cored where the chainplates land – not sure if that is balsa or other material, but it is thick lamination.
There is a page m the manual that sketched out where to place bunks and rollers for trailer to ensure they land on cored area, but the core runs further that that diagram shows.
