When I bought my 29 mk 2 in 2012 it had the original fixed 2 blade prop on it.
Performed well when motoring HORRIBLE prop walk in reverse Lots of drag (read slow) when sailing. In the spring of 2013, I installed a feathering, three blade, used CDI prop that I bought from a former 29 -2 owner. Boat motors at same hull speed / engine RPM as before. MUCH less prop walk in reverse. AMAZING improvement in thrust when manoeuvring around the docks Significant increase in sailing speed. I am VERY happy with the feathering, three blade .... great improvement over the fixed, two blade Best regards, Bob Hickson, P.
