Hi, Bob — I was looking over your project blog, and see that you’ve already done a bunch of things I have on my project list! In particular, I’d be interested in getting any info you can provide on the HDPE welding/fabrication for your Dorade boxes (did you weld them yourself?); as well as install info on the stainless handrails. In the areas where the interior and exterior handrails bolt to each other, how did you handle that? Can I assume you had threaded rod welded to the outside rails, to go through the cabin top? And who did you use to fabricate the stainless?
Any details you can offer, having been through it before, would be appreciated.
