Edd, I put one on my C&C 41 this year. Like you, my boat came with bimini frame etc. The frame attaches to the toe-rail by a stainless bracket port and starboard. The frame is braced by horizontal ss tubing. I'll send you pics if you like. They won't be that great, however, as the boat is covered for the winter. Best,
