Hi All,
Here's a recent update from my brother, who is currently near Cabo
San Lucas. Seems to be the work of a "not quite little" unit of the
Mexican bureaucracy methinks.

The Ensenada marina had the audit when we were there. There were many
armed mitlitary posted at the marina while the audit was going on.The
audit lasted 2 days.
I heard that there was one boat on a trailer couldn't leave,
something expired.
I don't know the whole story, we left before any news of the audit.
