Actually a lot of people in Toronto are kind of screwed right now. It hasn't been unusually cold for this time of year, but they and most of Southern Ontario east of here, got slammed with an ice storm a couple of days ago. Toronto alone still has 90,000 "customers" - meaning meters not people - without power. Across the province there are about 300,000 people who will be spending Christmas eve without electricity and the forecast low for Toronto is -14 Celsius.
