Congratulation on the new boat. I have a C&C30Mk1 Little different boat but like you said its a great size for me and the wife. With regards to the Yanmar, You will find it to be a great little little engine. It sips fuel at a little less than 1/2 gal per hour, so, a 25 gal tank cruising at 5 knots should take you 250 miles. thats without your 25% safety margins. Keep the fuel clean and remember that is you are going to race her in the spring that any trash in the bottom of that tank will surly stir up. I would be safe and drain it all out and donate it to a tractor. If you start a blog I would love to see some photos. Again good boat good choice. Cheers from, http://eastcostlady.blogspot.com/
