I can't say I've increased capacity on Anchovy. I converted the 35 gallon tank under the v-berth to a holding tank as when I bought her she had a two gallon gas can for that purpose. Then, to replace the capacity i installed bladders on either side of the v-berth. I carry 50 gallons now.
