There a number of riggers in Toronto (Rigging Shop, Fogh, Gencoe) I had
Wilson Yates in Newfoundland redo all my rigging about five years ago.
He used to come in his truck for a few weeks and was quite busy. When
looking at the original rigging (yes it still worked) he knew the name
of the person who did the splicing. At the time he did mail order.
