Probably caused by siphoning action.do you have a vented loop in the discharge line? Like this one:

The bowl half fills, requiring a "dry" flush to clear it again. Upon arrival, we had the holding tank pumped out, but haven't tested since. I suspect it has much to do with hoses and hose placement.
