Hi Dennis....that sounds like what I have. To disassemble I have a bent fork tool (came with the boat) that goes into pin holes opposite each other on the top of the winch in the collar. I just fit the fork into the pinholes and spin it off. I have heard - probably on this list - of placing a punch into one of the holes then using the winch handle to spin the collar off. After that there are a few pins and set screws and it all comes apart.
