Might I suggest Solomons? It would facilitate participation from members throughout the Bay area. Lots of anchorages and gunkholes and many of the area marinas only charge a small fee for use of their facilities. Great walking town with groceries, West Marine, and some pretty decent restaurants... Don't forget the world famous Tiki Bar!
