Bill, Thanks for the info. Downloaded and did a quick test drive on a Nexus 7. I also downloaded the Coastal Pilot for my neck of the woods. The open source licenses show it's based on MX Mariner (Will Kamp), which costs a whopping $6.99 (USD).
