Tomorrow, May 9, 2013, is the start of the Oregon Offshore International Yacht Race. The race starts at the mouth of the Columbia River at Astoria, Oregon, and finishes inside the harbor at Victoria, BC. Two C&C's are entered: Cool Change, a C&C Landfall 38, hull number 1, skippered by Frank Noragon, and Katzenjammer, C&C 34, skippered by Jim Calnon.
