You'll find that Interlux does essentially the same rebate every year
around the same time frame. I always buy my bottom paint at the Defender
warehouse sale, which is as cheap as you'll ever see it anywhere, and
then mail in the rebate. This year, I bought a gallon of Micron Extra
for $199, and mailed in the $20 rebate form. So my final cost is $179.
West Marine's advertised price for that same gallon is $249.95. Yeah,
you could save $20 there too with the rebate, but that's still an extra
$50 I saved at Defender. Offers to price match don't impress me much. If
you can afford to sell it cheaper, do it without all the games, and I'll
consider you an actual competitor of the other guy.
As far as finding the receipt, most stores these days can print out a
duplicate for you, no problem.

Interesting find on the Interlux Paint website today, if you have
bought bottom paint from them (as I have) you can get a mail-in rebate.
