I am not sure what help is needed. Full strength ammonia also called
ammonium hydroxide is about 28% NH3 (ammonia gas) dissolved in water. I
have no idea how strong Zep heavy duty floor cleaner is but I think not
close to 28% ammonia gas in water. However I am sure it is still nasty
stuff as Gary advised because the ammonia gas will come out of the water
solution with a resulting strong odor which is very irritating to the eyes
or mucous membranes when inhaled.it can give a nasty chemical burn and can
leave you with a sore throat if inhaled. Using it outdoors in the fresh air
is better than in enclosed spaces but as with most strong chemicals take
precautions, safety gear for eyes, face and skin and have a source of fresh
water like a garden hose nearby to flush in case it gets on your skin or in
your eyes. Sometimes using strong chemicals is not worth the risk to
yourself or what you use them on.

So, drugstore ammonia @ about 1 quart per gallon. Dwight? You're the chemist
here. Get off your frozen butt and help.

Try Zep Heavy Duty Floor Stripper - concentrate - from Lowe's. Dilute it (or
do as my boat partner's husband did and lay it on full strength - wow, it's
strong). Wear gloves and be careful.

I am needing to remove stained Poly Glo. I have some liquid to remove it,
but if I need more I recall that someone on our list gave a homemade
solution.

Any suggestions what I should use?
