Good morning...from what might actually be a spring morning in
Michigan...we'll see.

Have a 35-3 that I just purchased in the northern Michigan area, and need
to replace the name...the topsides are Awlgripped and name has painted
letters. Will the Awlgrip survive the toilet bowl cleaner? (Can't believe
I am asking that question...) Or is there experience with better/different
method for removing name, lettering from Awlgrip/poly paint?

Also...need to replace the portlight on one side, and wonder if anyone
knows what is used best: Acrylic or Plexi or polycarbonate? And, is the
portlight color tinted gray or smoked? Or other 'proprietary' color? I saw
a thread sometime ago about portlights, but as anything else, do not pay
good attention until it matters to me.

So many questions...so little time. I just hope someday I will be able to
contribute something to this great group of experts. Thanks for the
learning!!!
