Apparently the sails ARE new – used 3 times. The radar/gps is 5 years old.Apparently the boat comes with an inflatable dinghy too.My theories so far:1 – Owner is in a real hurry to sell.2 – No one can finance old boats anymore, so market is limited to cash on hand. 3 – Owner is or about to be divorced and spouse said “sell it and give me half”.4 – Boat is actually in Nigeria and shipping is going to be $10,000,000.5 – Some guy died on board and you can’t get the smell out.6 – Owner is on vacation and neighbors decided to have some fun. If this boat is still for sail Saturday we’ll get photos for you all.
