PIYA Special Regulations Governing Minimum Equipmenmt and Accomodtions Standards effective January 2011 advises an area for a storm jib not to exceed 5% of I square. This was a candidate for upgrading, so it may have changed. My storm jib is very heavy and is orange in color.
