Hello, Listers, My moisture meter is giving very high reading on the rudder of my '91 C&C30MKII . Usually, I'll drill a hole in the bottom at annual haul-out in order to let it drain. For the past couple of years, I've seen no sea water exit the drilled hole.How concerned should I be with these high moisture readings??Also, Can anyone provide feedback on the repair and related costs?Is such a repair within the capabilities of a "barely average" DIYer??
