Today I finished connecting my X wheelpilot. I threw the breaker on, and it worked! Because I had guests coming, I did not calibrate it yet.
We headed out of Annapolis in 15-20 know winds with one reef and the jib furled to about 110%. We went north on a close reach under the Bay Bridge. The winds built to 20-25 and the waves built to about 4 feet. Air temps were about 45F. When we turned around on a beam reach, we were surfing the waves, and hit 9.9 knots SOG!
