The Sanyo eneloop NiMH battery packs often come with the adapters. They are good batteries anyway, I routinely buy their combo packs when they are on sale at Dell.ca. (look in the electronics section). I purchased a charger and something like 8 batteries with the adapters for 25 bucks shipped. They go on sale fairly often but i haven't checked in a while.
That's weird, they're branded panasonic now. The ones I have are Sanyo and even in the picture it says Sanyo. I guess Panny bought out Sanyo's battery division? or something?
