I've gone ahead and uploaded the drawing of the new holding tank. Any
advice on how to make this as fool proof as possible would be much
appreciated:

Would it be best to have the fittings ON TOP of the tank? Not sure if I
have the clearance under the v-berth but it seems that would be best no?
I'm also concerned about effluent getting into the vent hoses. This is
likely the stock tank from the 32 but I wouldn't know because the tank I
removed was an "upgraded" stainless steel one. It was plumbed in with hard
abs plumbing, leaking and no doubt soon to develop pinholes. It got tossed
right quick.
