All, I am sending this to the whole list (forgive me) and blind copied those who have signed up and provided e-mail address' on the Rendezvous website and the Mystic Seaport Dock-master to make sure I cover all bases. For those who need the Rendezvous Website address: http://www.cncrendezvous.myevent.com/ The Mystic Seaport Dock-master has (dated 9/4) and will receive another Master List of attendees sourced from the Rendezvous website. They understand that all boats on that Master List are arriving on Friday September 21st and leaving on Sunday September 23rd. If your plans deviate from the above PLEASE CALL IN TO THE DOCK-MASTER DIRECTLY FOR YOUR ARRANGEMENTS. If they do not, you do not need to call and leave a deposit. He is taking the Master List and waiving deposit requirements to hold the reservation. If your plans change and you cannot make the event please call the dock-master and e-mail myself so we have an accurate count. If you sign up after Friday September 14th call the Seaport directly for your dockage arrangements as that will be the last date the Master List will be sent off to the Dock-master as sourced from the website. I still have a few stragglers who not yet submitted payment, please do so at your earliest convenience. If your attending and your e-mail address is not receiving this communication separate the general list, please forward your e-mail to me. I am compiling this list manually and I may have missed a few along the way. We will be getting more details to you regarding The Friday evening BYOB (dockside) and cocktail hour and Rob Ball's talk Saturday evening (in the Museum over the next week or so.
