Most ISPs are not terribly reliable, and they invest almost nothing in
investigating email abnormalities.  Only large scale, easily reproducible
issues are ever investigated, regardless of what the first tier tech
support and customer service reps say.

I have a second account registered to this list that belongs to a server
that I control.  This is so I can investigate issues, and having access to
server logs is pretty much essential, otherwise all we can do is guess.

My experience mirrors Sam's, which is to say I did not notice anything out
the ordinary and I did not try to send any messages.
