For the sake of keeping it simple I would suggest a re-install.

When it asks you about the installation type pick "Something Else"

And then set up the partitions the way you like.

If you've already taken the time to set things up just he way you like, it
would be possible to change your current config to the one you want.
But in general it's more pain than it's worth.
