Hi guys, Any recommendations on a cost-effective, managed, gigabit switch (24 ports or greater)?
And who in Calgary carries this kind of equipment? (Seems like there are a few vendors of lower-end "smart" switches, but they all seem incapable of VLAN Trunking.) Target: In particular, I'm looking for (please correct me if I've mucked up the terminology) a switch that is capable of VLAN Trunking. Usage: I intend to VLAN it, and then use an OpenBSD box with a *single ethernet port* to act as router between VLANs. Thoughts / suggestions? Matt / 403.978.8326
