Yes pricey, but the Symbol DS 6707 2D Corded USB Laser Barcode Scanner
is $459.00 US. It just has a Built-in 1.3MP digital camera.
MemEx does not carry it. For seeing 2d codes it may be better to use a
camera (usb?) and roll your own solution, unless money is not a problem
for your use and you must have the USB wedge.

BUT, if you google "cuecat barcode scanner canada"
You can see a possible solution for about $15 and various howto's you
might figure out?
I have no experience with them, but David seems to.
