I have been wondering how come Debian Squeeze does not seem to handle the ntp time server well.
My desktop computer and my laptop computer both have Debian Squeeze as their only operating system. The desktop, which I rarely shut down, seems to be about ten minutes fast. The laptop, which I always shut down right after I use it seems to be about three minutes slow. It seems that my cell phone is the only reliable source of time signal to which I have access. Could someone please let me know how Debian Squeeze handles its time stamp?
