I am not sure about SLI since it has been years since I have used it. I do however have a triple head rig at home using an ATI 5770. Way more power than I need on this machine, but it seems to work well.
Not all of the ATI stuff does triple head. You need to see "eyefinity" on the box or product description page if you need triple monitor support.
