Thanks for the comments to date.

Currently we have no cable access. We're on an island between Crowchild
Trail and Brentwood Road, a small bible college.  DSL was/is our only option
at this time, at least till Shaw came to us with the cell site offer.  I
suspect that the students are doing their best to download the entire web
during their time at the college.  Other than the 4 users on a VPD to their
Exchange server in Ontario it would simply be standard internet access.  We
prefer not to place any restrictions on the usage.

May I ask what they are doing?  If they are looking for a connection to a
local business then there are perhaps better alternatives.
